In Ghana, High School is not free.  It is a shared expense between the government and the student.
Edinaman High School has been lucky enough to have had infrastructure improvements done by the government.

However that leaves a long list of resources which will probably not be available in the near future due to the long list of schools in the country that need even more basic improvements. Tomorrow's Stars has added many computers, a server, a printer, 40 headsets, and 3 projectors for the ICT DEPT

Tomorrow's Stars has started helping the library become a better resource for the students.  To make the library more available we have paid a "library prefect" to keep the library open until 8:30 in the evening and on Saturday mornings.  We have added 4 computers with a grant  from  the
Cathedral Women's  Group.  Over 100 novels (African Writers Series) and some copies of expensive text books were added in 2008.  Unfortunately hardly a dent was made in the long list of needed resources so with added funding we can make a great impact here.
